Project Management
Master the process of project management from the initial idea to final realization of the objectives.
Method: Presentation of the sequential steps in project management followed by participant involvement in planning the execution of an actual project. Case studies reflecting both positive and negative outcomes are included in the presentation.
Participants: 4 minimum, 25 maximum.
Time: One day – seminar can be scheduled in ½-day increments to accommodate regular work activities.
