Learn the details of catching fish on the commercial scale, transporting the harvested fish in refrigerated ship holds, and processing fish to produce fillets, meal and oil.
Method: The unit operations involved with fish harvesting, transporting, and processing are presented. Case studies involving large-scale fishing operations are included to enhance the learning experience.
